Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with essential activities of daily living like feeding, bathing, ambulating, and skin care to make residents feel at home
Monitor vital signs, intake and output with precision, reporting changes promptly to ensure top-notch care
Support resident education, recreation, and transportation while upholding privacy and confidentiality
Collaborate seamlessly with RN/LPN team leaders and healthcare staff as a true team player
Provide compassionate orientation for new residents and families, delivering care with empathy and accuracy

Qualifications

Active Maine CNA License required
Experience in long-term care or skilled rehabilitation a plus
Strong team player with excellent listening and communication skills
