Roles & Responsibilities

Decontaminate and sterilize surgical instruments with precision and care
Assemble sterile instrument trays to support life-saving procedures
Maintain meticulous inventory of supplies ensuring operating rooms are always ready
Follow strict protocols to deliver the highest standards of infection control
Collaborate with surgical teams to keep everything running smoothly and safely

Qualifications

Active certification as a Certified Sterile Processing Tech
Current license or certificate verification
Recent experience in sterile processing environments
Ability to pass comprehensive health screenings and competency testing

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of certified sterile processing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in decontamination and sterilization techniques
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Proficiency with sterile processing equipment and inventory management
