Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients on the telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Current California RN license required
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients
- Proficient in electronic health records
