Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes with confidence and skill
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
