Shift Type: Friday, 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM NOC (overnight per-diem shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality telemetry nursing care to adult patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data to detect changes early
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document interventions accurately
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and discharge plans
- Respond rapidly to emergencies and escalate care when clinical status changes
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum clinical experience in telemetry or progressive care preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on per-diem shifts and integrate with existing teams
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and recognition of cardiac arrhythmias
- Medication administration and IV therapy
- Electronic medical record documentation and charting
- Patient assessment, triage and escalation
- Team communication, handoff reporting and care coordination
