Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during your assigned shift
• Perform thorough assessments and develop care plans that make a real difference
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate timely, effective care
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to provide education and support
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and handoffs for continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — California license preferred
• Experience or training related to MST (core skill listed) and trauma-informed care
• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift on the scheduled per-diem date
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening and immunizations

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Trauma-informed approaches relevant to MST care
• Clear documentation habits and comfort with electronic medical records
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond calmly in urgent situations
