Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care during overnight hours
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and providers
• Respond effectively to clinical changes and emergent situations
• Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and comply with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Experience or familiarity with MST practice area (as listed in role)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS or specialty certifications encouraged where relevant
• Comfortable working overnight hours and independently as needed
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Medication administration and IV therapy competence
• Proficient documentation and electronic health record use
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced overnight environment
• Team collaboration and clear communication with providers and staff
• Awareness of safety, infection control, and patient advocacy best practices
