Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition promptly and accurately, adapting care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document in the patient record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up
• Perform timely and thorough documentation to ensure continuity of care
• Advocate for patient needs and contribute to a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Experience working as a bedside RN; MST experience is a strong plus
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred or as required by site
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of nursing assessment, medication administration, and IV therapy
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and accurate documentation practices
• Strong patient education and discharge planning skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
