Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona

Start Date: 09-01-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible 8-12 hour Day/Night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care across Emergency, ICU, and Med-Surg/Pediatric units
Float to various departments as assigned by House Supervisor to fill critical staffing needs
Adapt quickly to different patient populations and acuity levels
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain a flexible and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Emergency, ICU, and Med-Surg/Pediatrics
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Moderate Sedation certification (may be obtained after hire if needed)
Active Arizona RN license or compact license required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency nursing, critical care, and pediatric care
Ability to quickly adapt to different units and patient loads
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
