Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient using the nursing process.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care based on assessment needs and established plan of care.
Educate patients and families throughout the admission, treatment, and discharge process.
Document accurately and thoroughly, ensuring clear communication of patient progress.
Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
Current BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
CPR certification required
Previous emergency department nursing experience preferred but not required

Education

Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and team members
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle fast-paced situations
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
