Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating nurse support for cardiac and open-heart surgeries
Ensure patient safety and sterile field integrity during surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs in a fast-paced OR
Care for diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and elderly
Contribute to a team that values precision, compassion, and excellence

Qualifications

Must hold a current unencumbered Oregon RN license at time of submission
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required
Minimum one year CVOR/Open Heart experience required
Two years of ICU/PCU or medical/surgical acute care experience preferred
Scrubbing experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong circulating nurse skills in cardiac surgery cases
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress surgical environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with Point Click EMR system
