Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment with precision and care
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the exam process
Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate results
Maintain detailed patient records and equipment logs
Adhere to strict infection control and radiation safety protocols

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Radiography
Active Virginia state license in Radiologic Technology
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in operating X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment
Knowledge of anatomy and positioning techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
