Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy treatments to patients under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety

Qualifications

Must hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a PTA in a rehabilitation setting
BLS certification preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent clinical reasoning and ability to adapt treatment plans
Proficiency with documentation and EMR systems
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
Strong organizational and time management skills
