Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and treat patients to help them regain function and mobility
• Create and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that make a real difference
• Document services accurately and on time so every patient gets seamless care
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs while supporting their growth
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to deliver whole-person care
• Maintain safety, infection control and regulatory standards to keep everyone protected

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program such as DPT, MSPT or BSPT
• Active state PT license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different facilities, schedules and patient needs
• A passion for helping patients move better and live better
