Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with a personalized, goal-focused approach
• Build and update treatment and discharge plans that truly move the needle for recovery
• Document every service accurately and on time so care stays seamless
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in line with practice acts and facility standards
• Partner with interdisciplinary care teams and families to keep everyone on the same page
• Champion safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance every single day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active California PT license, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• A genuine passion for helping patients restore function and mobility

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Individualized treatment planning and discharge planning
• Patient care with a compassionate, patient-first mindset
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervision and mentorship of PTAs and Rehab Techs

• Clear, warm communication with patients and colleagues
• Compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
• Infection control and safety best practices
• Adaptability in new environments and shifting patient needs
