Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 4x10-hour days, weekdays vary plus Saturday

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses to determine their rehabilitation needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs for continued progress
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license
At least 2 years of physical therapy experience (3-5 preferred)
BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Education

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Strong communication and patient education skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
