Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions that follow the supervising physical therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress and how each patient responds to treatment
• Guide patients through education and home exercise programs that build real momentum
• Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising PT and care team
• Uphold safety, infection control and compliance standards every single day
• Help patients restore mobility, improve function and celebrate meaningful wins

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Comfortable following treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• A caring, patient-first mindset and a genuine love for rehab therapy
• Strong communication skills and reliability you can be proud of
