Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that help patients regain independence
• Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans based on physician orders and referrals
• Guide patients through daily living skills with confidence and compassion
• Document care clearly and promptly to keep the whole team aligned
• Supervise and mentor COTAs while following practice acts and facility policies
• Partner with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support every patient's goals
• Keep safety and regulatory standards at the forefront of every session

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active state OT license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Compassionate approach to helping patients improve daily living skills
• Ability to work well within a collaborative care team
