Start Date: 09-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flex schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday (shift times TBD by facility)

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients to improve their quality of life
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
Complete thorough documentation in Net Health according to facility standards
Float to sister facility within walking distance when needed

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapy License (or in process under 60-day rule)
BLS certification required
SNF experience preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship available
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible and collaborative mindset

Knowledge & Skills

Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment techniques
Proficiency in Net Health or similar EMR systems
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Collaboration and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
