Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients in an ambulatory setting
Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatments
Prepare patients for visits and take vital signs
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient information
Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment
Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Valid Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program
Current BLS certification required
Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new grads welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Empathy and patience when working with children
