Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality bedside care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document promptly
Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes to the team
Support activities of daily living and promote resident independence
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate care
Maintain clear, timely charting and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license (appropriate for Massachusetts practice)
Current basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN program for Licensed Practical Nurse roles
Completion of an accredited ADN or BSN program for Registered Nurse roles

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and monitoring of patient status
Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Basic wound care and restorative nursing practices
Infection prevention and control procedures
Electronic charting and clear clinical documentation
Compassionate patient and family communication
