Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct patient care including assessments and treatments
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses as ordered
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans
- Document patient conditions and progress accurately in the medical record
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Uphold facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maryland (or compact eligibility if applicable)
- Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination (or documented medical/religious exemption) per facility policy
- Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing is a plus
- Must have valid state/federal ID and be able to wear a photo badge
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong nursing clinical skills and judgment
- Safe medication administration and dosing calculations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Accurate documentation and EHR proficiency
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
