Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, direct patient care including assessments and treatments
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses as ordered
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans
• Document patient conditions and progress accurately in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Uphold facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maryland (or compact eligibility if applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or equivalent
• COVID-19 vaccination (or documented medical/religious exemption) per facility policy
• Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing is a plus
• Must have valid state/federal ID and be able to wear a photo badge

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong nursing clinical skills and judgment
• Safe medication administration and dosing calculations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Accurate documentation and EHR proficiency
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
