Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following care plans
• Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Advocate for patients while maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgement and compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid foundation in nursing assessments and patient care planning
• Proficient in medication administration, IV therapy (for RNs), and documentation
• Knowledge of EHR systems and medical equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of infection control protocols and safety standards
