Shift Type: Sunday, September 6, 2026, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (evening shift)
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, following care plans
- Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to the care team
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Advocate for patients while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical judgement and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid foundation in nursing assessments and patient care planning
- Proficient in medication administration, IV therapy (for RNs), and documentation
- Knowledge of EHR systems and medical equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of infection control protocols and safety standards
