Shift Type: Shift 2, Saturday, September 5, 2026, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely per physician orders
- Monitor residents' conditions, assess changes, and report concerns to the care team
- Document care provided and maintain accurate, up-to-date resident records
- Collaborate with licensed nurses, aides, and providers to ensure holistic, resident-centered care
- Educate residents and their families on care plans, treatments, and health maintenance
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption per facility policy
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team
- Must provide a valid state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times

- Medication administration and documentation
- Resident assessment and care planning
- Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
- Wound care, infection control, and safety practices
- Effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues
