Shift Type: Every other weekend rotation; Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Friday; 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, Day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per policy
Monitor and document patient status changes and report concerns promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
Reinforce patient and family education in a clear, respectful manner
Support a culture of safety by following infection control and facility protocols

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Hampshire) required
CPR/BLS certification required or obtained upon hire
Local candidates only (position is local only)
Ability to work the listed every-other-weekend rotation and long day shifts
Current immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic nursing assessments and documentation
Medication administration and basic IV/lines familiarity where applicable
Strong communication and teamwork with clinical staff and families
Time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy clinical setting
Professionalism and adherence to patient safety and infection control practices
