Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, as needed per diem schedule

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to geriatric residents
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of life

Qualifications

Active Maryland GNA certification
Current CPR certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced rehab environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric care principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
Attention to detail in documentation
