Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support patients and their families with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications

Current and valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living
Good communication and listening abilities
Team player with a positive attitude
Patient and empathetic approach to care
