Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Lincoln City, Oregon
Start Date: 08-24-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility and functional independence
- Develop individualized treatment plans for acute, swing bed, and outpatient rehab
- Provide specialized care in sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, and wheelchair seating
- Collaborate with a dynamic therapy team in a well-equipped outpatient department within a critical access hospital
- Enjoy extended 45-minute treatment times to deliver quality care
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in outpatient orthopedic, neurological, and rehabilitation therapy
- Proficiency with Point Click EMR system
- Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills
- Team collaboration and communication skills
