Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Provide technical support for effective and efficient delivery of therapy services
Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to achieve patient goals
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience as a PTA
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) like Point Click
