Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied 8 or 10-hour night shifts, schedule deferred

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to medical-surgical patients, including overflow oncology cases
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress accurately using EPIC system
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
Active Georgia RN license or compact license
BLS certification required
EPIC proficiency required
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in EPIC electronic health records
Knowledge of medical-surgical and oncology patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
