Location: Mendham, New Jersey

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients to improve their daily living skills
Develop personalized therapy plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey (or compact eligible)
At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in functional assessments and treatment planning
Knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation and fall prevention
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
