Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population including urology, gynecology, orthopedics, medicine, surgery, trauma, and ENT vascular patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes on a busy surgical unit
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans using EPIC
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
Active Georgia RN license (or compact state license)
EPIC experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications (if applicable)
Must provide work history with no gaps over 60 days, skills checklist, and references

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage a high-acuity patient load in a fast-paced environment
