Roles & Responsibilities

• Bring the OT plan of care to life by implementing therapy interventions that help patients thrive
• Document patient progress accurately and on time so every win is captured
• Guide patients and their families through education that makes recovery feel achievable
• Keep your supervising OT in the loop with clear, timely updates on patient status
• Uphold safety, infection control and compliance protocols to protect everyone in your care
• Help patients rebuild functional independence and confidence in their daily lives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong teamwork skills and a genuine passion for patient care
• Comfort working under the supervision of a licensed OT in a skilled nursing setting
• Dependable, compassionate and ready to make a real difference
