Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour night shift; specific days of week not specified)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Support safe transfers, ambulation, and fall-prevention practices
Document care accurately and timely in the resident chart
Collaborate with the care team to create a comfortable, safe environment for residents

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with 12-hour night shifts and local-only assignment requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a resident-centered approach
Ability to pass facility background and health screenings as required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved CNA program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
Basic clinical observation and vital sign monitoring
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Accurate documentation and time management
Teamwork, empathy, and effective communication with residents and staff
