Candidate Pay Rate: $13 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team
Support safe transfers and positioning to prevent falls and promote comfort
Document care accurately and timely to support quality patient outcomes
Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to enhance patient experience

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (AL or eligible)
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Reliable transportation for per diem shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills; previous CNA experience a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care and dignity preservation
Assistance with ADLs and mobility support
Basic vital sign assessment and reporting
Accurate documentation and charting
Infection control and safety best practices
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
