Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate urgent care to patients in need
- Quickly assess and triage conditions with confidence and speed
- Administer treatments and medications with precision and care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure top-notch outcomes
- Educate patients and families to empower their health journeys
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Urgent care or emergency nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required, ACLS a plus
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong triage and assessment abilities
- Excellent IV and wound care skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Clear communication under pressure
- Adaptability to varying patient needs
