Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor telemetry and respond swiftly to patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans
- Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard
- Maintain accurate documentation to support seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in Med-Surg Telemetry preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
