Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate direct patient care that makes a real difference
- Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident comfort and independence
- Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure top-notch care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support holistic patient well-being
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in California
- Current BLS certification
- At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Reliable and compassionate with a patient-first mindset
Education
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training completion
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care fundamentals
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail in monitoring health status
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift settings
