Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical moments
- Quickly assess and triage patients to ensure timely interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat diverse cases
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
- Educate patients and families providing reassurance during high-stress situations
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required, PALS preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of ER or acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
- Proficiency with IV starts, wound care, and cardiac monitoring
- Excellent communication for high-pressure team coordination
- Adaptability to handle a wide range of medical emergencies
