Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Support safe mobility and transfers while promoting patient dignity
• Monitor and record patient conditions, including basic observations and reporting changes to the care team
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting in a respectful manner
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with nurses and other care providers to deliver coordinated care
• Engage with residents to promote a positive, person-centered experience

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
• Comfortable performing basic patient care tasks and following care plans
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work per-diem shifts as needed
• Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

• Completion of an approved CNA training program
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient-centered care and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
• Ability to take and record basic observations accurately
• Teamwork and the ability to follow direction from nursing staff
• Compassion, patience, and respect for resident dignity
