Shift Type: Days not specified, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM NOC (Night shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Support safe mobility and assist with transfers using proper body mechanics
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for each resident
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the care team
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
Observe for changes in condition and escalate concerns promptly

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — valid and in good standing
CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Comfort working overnight hours and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication skills and a patient, respectful approach to care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and resident assistance
Vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
Basic lifting/transferring techniques and fall prevention awareness
Electronic or paper charting and clear verbal reporting
