Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident
Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and quality

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Comfortable working evening and overnight shifts (5:00 PM start)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to provide patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and personal hygiene
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Clear, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
