Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support operational activities within Cost Center 727 to ensure efficient patient and department workflows
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to manage resources and support quality patient care
• Monitor and report on assigned metrics and departmental needs to leadership
• Assist with documentation, charge capture, and verification processes to support accurate billing and compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute practical solutions to benefit the team and patients

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (as listed in the posting)
• Relevant allied health certification or credential if applicable to the specific role
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in-state as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred if patient-facing duties are included
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment

Education
