Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate critical care to ICU patients, making a real difference in their lives
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute life-saving treatment plans
Advocate for patients and families during high-stakes moments
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Expertise with cardiac drips, sedation, and mechanical ventilation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm precision
