Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to residents, enhancing mobility and quality of life
Develop personalized treatment plans that make real differences
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques
Maintain accurate documentation to support ongoing care excellence

Qualifications

Active PT or DPT license
Any experience level welcome, including new grads
Passionate about skilled nursing facility care
BLS certification preferred

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapist (PT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in physical therapy
Patient-centered approach with excellent communication
Adaptability in a team-oriented SNF setting
Proficiency in rehab techniques and modalities
