Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical need
Quickly assess and stabilize patients during high-pressure situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
Monitor patient conditions and respond to life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience in emergency room or acute care settings preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
Proficiency with ER protocols and life-support equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
