Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate occupational therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance daily living skills and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for lasting progress
- Document progress with precision to track meaningful improvements
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
- Any experience level welcome, including new graduates
- Passionate about helping seniors thrive in skilled nursing settings
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy
- Excellent patient communication and empathy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team
