Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Collaborate with a supportive therapy team to create meaningful recovery plans
Help patients regain strength and independence through targeted exercises
Maintain high productivity standards to maximize impact on resident care
Follow established protocols to ensure top-quality rehabilitation services

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
1-3 years of experience, ideally in SNF settings
Commitment to showing up on site for guaranteed hours

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong PTA clinical skills
Knowledge of SNF rehabilitation practices
Team collaboration and communication
Ability to meet 92% productivity targets
