Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Create personalized treatment plans that make real differences in patients' lives
Collaborate with the care team to optimize recovery and mobility
Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs for lasting results

Qualifications

Active PT or DPT license
Any experience level welcome, including new grads
Passionate about helping patients regain strength and independence
