Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility, helping them regain strength and independence
- Develop personalized treatment plans that make real differences in patients' lives
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to optimize care
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
- Document progress with precision to track every win
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) license
- Any experience level welcome, including new grads ready to launch their career
- BLS certification preferred
- Enthusiasm for working in a SNF setting with some floating
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapist (PT) degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in physical therapy techniques
- Excellent patient communication and empathy
- Ability to adapt to resident needs in a skilled nursing environment
- Team collaboration and time management prowess
